About

Internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter Sari Schorr has redefined the modern blues-rock landscape with her soaring vocals, fearless songwriting, and elegant yet explosive live performances.

Sari was born in Queens, New York, and cut her teeth performing in the clubs of the South Bronx and Manhattan’s Lower East Side — scenes that shaped her gritty, emotionally charged approach to music. Schorr was classically trained before finding freedom in jazz and blues.

A New York Blues Hall of Fame inductee, she was discovered by legendary producer Mike Vernon (Fleetwood Mac, David Bowie, Eric Clapton), who produced her breakout debut A Force of Nature (2016). Influenced by Billie Holiday and Nick Cave, she’s also an accomplished songwriter with four acclaimed albums, including the Billboard #1 album Joyful Sky a collaboration with guitar legend Robin Trower — cementing her reputation as one of the most compelling voices in blues-rock today.

Schorr has graced stages from Carnegie Hall to Rockpalast, headlining festivals around the world with unforgettable intensity. Schorr’s performances are delivered with fearless authenticity and heart-stopping intensity. Every show is a cinematic journey: raw, personal, and unforgettable. Her lyrics are deeply moving and address themes such as justice, resilience, and self-determination, inspiring audiences worldwide.

With family roots in Kyiv, Schorr draws strength from a legacy of resilience that informs both her music and her activism. A vocal humanitarian, she uses her platform to champion truth, compassion, and unity. Life on the road has become her home, and her mission is simple: to perform, to connect, and to use music as a universal language of hope, inclusion, and positivity.
